Add Discord#803

I come across this message, ask to add Discord as a game on Medal.

“But Discord is not a game”, certainly, but I always put my Discord as a game because funny things happen on my calls and I want to save those moments. But putting it every time as a game is annoying and sometimes something hilarious happens and Medal isn’t configured to record Discord and doesn’t clip.
